Terms of service
These terms govern your use of coloq.ai. They are written to be readable, not to be tricky. By creating an account you agree to them — if you do not agree, do not use the service.
Acceptance
Creating a coloq.ai account means you have read these terms, accept them, and have the authority to accept them on behalf of any organization you sign up under. If you are using coloq.ai on behalf of your university or employer, they are bound by these terms as well.
Accounts
You are responsible for keeping your password safe and for all activity under your account. Tell us immediately if you suspect unauthorized use. You must be at least 18 years old, or of legal majority in your jurisdiction, to hold an account.
Acceptable use
Do not upload content you do not have the right to upload. Do not use coloq.ai to produce exam content that violates academic-integrity rules at your institution, to harass, defame, or infringe anyone, or to circumvent the product's quotas and rate limits. We may suspend accounts that violate these rules.
Your content
You retain ownership of the course materials you upload and of the exams you build in the app. You grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to process your content solely for the purpose of providing the service to you — nothing more. AI-generated question drafts are provided as suggestions; you are always the final author of anything you ship.
Availability and changes
coloq.ai is offered as-is during the beta. We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may change features, pricing, or these terms; we will notify account holders by email at least 14 days before material changes take effect.
